Cancellation Policy
Pedis by Shunda at Salon Escape
To respect your time and mine, please review the following cancellation guidelines:
*A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is applied toward your service total.
*If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
* Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 35% cancellation fee.
*No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit the full deposit and will require payment in full to rebook future appointments.
*Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and pay service in total to rebook. Original deposits will be applied toward the new appointment.
